Ideal to start Tenkara fishing. Line made of braided nylon, 12 ft (360 cm) long with a light density. It is degressive in diametre, at its thinnest end, there is a loop to tie the "degressive end of line" (BDL abbreviation in French). It has a very simple tying system with loops and "lark head" knot.
Line made of braided nylon, 12ft (360 cm) long with a light density. The density of a Tenkara line is the ratio between the weight of a piece of line and the volume of this piece. The more sizeable and lighter it is, the lighter the density is. It is degressive in diametre since the braided nylon threads are "degressive end of line", at its thinnest end, a loop will allow you to tie the degressive end of line (BDL) 2016 ou 1816. It has a very simple tying system with loops and "lark head" knot.
