Thanks to this warranty coupon, your first broken strand will be replaced for free by another strand if the breaking occurs within 12 months after your purchase.

This is the procedure to follow to benefit from the warranty:

• Download the warranty coupon
• Fill in the coupon with all the necessary details
• Make a copy of the invoice
• Send payment for 10 euros to pay for the reshipment for clients in France
• Send all documents to Tenkara Pyrénées, 1 impasse du Roucassou, 81400 Rosières, France

As soon as we receive the complete file, we will send you the strand by express delivery.

The price of the reshipment fees will be 25 euros for clients living abroad. They can be paid by Paypal (contact@tenkara.fr) or by bank draft (at the client’s charge).
